Partnership Specialist (12-month Parental Cover)

From DFDS to Gotlandsbolaget
The recruitment process for this position is managed by DFDS. Initially, your employment will be with DFDS from the beginning of September. By the end of October, the Oslo-Frederikshavn-Copenhagen (OFC) route will transfer to Gotlandsbolaget and your employment will transition accordingly.
About the role
As our new Partnership Specialist, you will act as the bridge between the Partnership Managers and the internal back-office processes and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Partnership campaigns and processes are integrated within the systems and organization structure.
Your key responsibilities will include to:
- Create product combinations and codes, and testing of codes
- Create & follow up on projects and tasks to our Marketing department
- Collaborate with other key business units and stakeholders, such as Revenue Management, Marketing, Customer Care etc.
- Maintain and update the internal information system with campaigns and products
- Ensure landing pages, codes, and partner campaigns are functioning and up to date
- Monitoring and responding to the Partnership inbox
- Support partnership managers by creating campaigns for new or existing partners
- Handle gift certificates, incl. updating product and offer codes, issuing and printing gift certificates, creating invoices, and updating templates
- Continuously update various systems and tools if changes.
You will report to the Senior Partnership manager – Team Lead (OFC) and additionally, you will be part of an ambitious and highly motivated team.
The position is a 12-month parental cover and we are aiming to onboard and welcome you in September. If there is a strong mutual fit, we can explore the possibility of continuing the collaboration with you, although this cannot be guaranteed at present.

- Previous experience within Monday.com & Seabook is a distinct advantage
- Independency, structure and a good eye for details
- Ability to foster a culture where we have fun while creating strong results
- Strong collaboration skills with internal senior stakeholders
- Experience with handling unforeseen challenges or changes with a solution-oriented approach and a calm demeanour
- Fluency in Danish or Norwegian (required) and full professional proficiency in English.
