The Atlas Programme consists of seven workstreams, working in a multinational, inclusive and diverse team, having members across different countries such as: Denmark, Poland, Türkiye, India, and Philippines. You will be located at our headquarter in Nordhavn in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you will be a part of the D365 Integrations Workstream. Here you will be partnering with different business divisions across DFDS and other technology groups within the Technology and Innovation division. In your day-to-day work your direct report will be the D365 Integrations Workstream lead.
About you
As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be joining a young team of skilled Architects, Business Analysts and Developers, where you’ll play a critical role in contributing to create solutions based on the latest Microsoft technology. With the Atlas Programme maturing, and more complex legal entities onboarding the platform, larger improvements are identified and prioritized, increasing the need for our Business Analyst taking on an even larger role within end-to-end process understanding and optimization/development.
In the role, your focus will also be to bridge DFDS line of business systems and D365F&O by understanding, mapping, and documenting business process flows between each of the systems that has to integrate with D365F&O. Moreover, you will have a key role in assisting securing the future strategy for moving critical business functionality out of DFDS line of business systems and into D365F&O together with our Lead Architect.
We are looking for candidates with an experienced background and demonstrated skills working as Digital Transformation Consultant or Business Analyst within big and complex projects involving many types of stakeholders across functional and technical areas. We do not expect you to know all about business processes or system setup/configuration of D365F&O, but it is a prerequisite that you have fundamental knowledge of D365F&O or Dynamics AX 2012 R3. It is also an advantage having documented end-to-end experience from previous digital transformation projects.
Further you need to be curious on learning new functionalities and developing your skills through whatever kind of learning channel available, which also include training, research and development on your own.
You need to be excellent in analysing and understanding business processes from the functional side. You are great at asking questions to ensure progress, securing milestones are met, and risks are mitigated timely. You are a good communicator, have highly developed collaboration skills and are excellent at building strong relations. The ideal candidate is experienced in structured problem solving, daily planning of work, and can work both on your own with minimal guidance, but also together with others whether it is within or outside of the workstream.
Professionally, you:
- Come with a background from either Business, Finance, or IT
- Have proven Microsoft D365F&O or Dynamics AX 2012 R3 experience
- Have experience with agile projects or being part of cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Are an experienced workshop facilitator and are exceptionally good at asking the right questions, while at the same time listening careful
- Have an analytic mind-set and a proven toolbox that allows you to overcome challenges
- Experienced in bridging the gap between different functional areas and keeping the holistic overview
- Always curious to understanding processes end-to-end
Personally, you are:
- Based in Denmark
- A people person – just as ourselves
- Able to balance your patience and impatience
- Comfortable and happy to collaborate with both close and distant colleagues on all levels
