About the role
In order to improve quality and reduce cost, in the Compass Programme we design, standardize, automate and implement our finance processes. As our Senior Implementation Specialist, you will leverage the passion and insights of your colleagues to build strong delivery and relationships with customers and suppliers. You will engage with skilled professionals across Europe, including Business Leaders, Operations People, Global Process Owners, Project Leads, Finance Controllers, Standardization Coaches, and teams from our Shared Services Centre in Poznan.
In this new role you will have the opportunity to influence your daily tasks. Your manager will encourage your curiosity, courage, and vision to create impact.
More specifically you will in this role:
- Act as a gatekeeper to ensure End-to-End processes are central to training, execution, performance measurement, and improvement.
- Provide feedback and anchor improvement needs to designated managers.
- Implement impactful feedback loops and continuous improvements.
About you
Your background as an Implementation Specialist can be diverse, and we do not expect you to know every single process step of Procure-to-Pay. However, experience in Project Management and Change Management within complex stakeholder environments is essential.
The ideal person for this position will have the following qualifications:
- A bachelors or a master’s degree in IT, Finance or equivalent
- 5-7 years’ experience in IT/Finance/Communication from both consultants and leadership roles
- Basic knowledge of Lean, Process Modelling, Change Management and/or Power BI
Additionally, we imagine that you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience working across different divisions of an organization, preferably in multiple industries.
- Are not afraid to challenge existing processes.
- Have experience in complex problem-solving, delivering insights, and providing guidance.
- Possess excellent communication skills and can influence and collaborate with colleagues from various business units and backgrounds.
- Have strong English proficiency, both written and oral.
- Understand IT, process design, data flows, and operational delivery.
