About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support our EVP of Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the EVP’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a dynamic and high-impact role where you’ll be more than just an assistant — you’ will be a strategic partner playing a pivotal role enabling the EVP to operate effectively and strategically.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Acting as a communication hub between the EVP, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Organizing and prioritizing incoming information and emails.
- Take initiative to define and shape your role — identifying tasks before they’re assigned.
- Manage special projects with our Transformation team and take ownership of tasks from concept to completion.
- Make decisions independently and act with sound judgment in fast-moving situations.
- Lead and deliver special projects from concept to completion.
- Anticipating needs and solving problems proactively.
- Organizing and maintaining documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are followed through with precision.
You’ll be working closely together with the EVP, the Logistics Management Team and the Logistics Transformation team. The EVP values structure, reliability, and clear communication.

About you

You may not have formal experience as an executive assistant, but you’re likely the kind of person who naturally keeps things on track, anticipates what’s needed before anyone asks and enjoys creating structure in a busy environment.
You thrive on being the go-to person for planning, coordination, and support – and you take pride in making things run smoothly.
You’re a self-starter with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of discretion. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you’re confident working with senior stakeholders. You enjoy autonomy, take ownership, and deliver high-quality support.
