Internship in Logistics Transformation Office (LTO)
At LTO, we report to the EVP of Logistics Division and are responsible for managing and ensuring that Logistics Division realises both our Towards2030 strategy and turnarounds (boost) – unlocking value across our network. We do that through:
- Project management excellence: Providing project management support from scoping and analyses to implementation PMO on prioritised strategic projects incl. integrations, division-wide operational changes, commercial projects for strategic accounts, boost and more
- Governance of initiatives in Logistics: Facilitating and driving LMT (management) annual and quarterly prioritisation of projects impacting the broader Logistics organisation and Technology & Innovation division, tracking strategic initiative progress, reviewing strategy and roadmap. Monthly monitoring turnaround (boost) projects to improve financially challenged offices.
As we believe in giving our interns meaningful opportunities, you’ll work on exciting, challenging projects matching business needs and your personal interests - giving you hands-on experience in logistics.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Exposure to stakeholders and management through different projects
- Responsibility and ownership of own workstreams
- Conduct analysis of internal and external data
- Participate actively in problem solving to explore different solutions for projects (e.g. Project Haulage – Fleet Size Assessments)
- Roll-out initiatives in collaboration with local teams across the logistics network
- Monitor and follow up on project implementation to ensure lasting impact
- Prepare and present presentations for management incl. the executive suite.
About you

Furthermore, you are:
- Studying BSc in International Shipping and Trade at Copenhagen Business School, ready to intern from September 2026
- A natural problem solver, when working individually and in a team
- Detail-oriented, ensuring data accuracy in your work
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
