About the role
As our Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll make sure the right audiences understand exactly why our products matter. You’ll shape compelling product narratives, build high‑impact enablement tools, and equip our sales teams with everything they need to win in the market. Your work ensures our products stand out, resonate, and drive growth.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Understanding the market we operate
Research competitors, customer needs, and trends to identify where our products fit and how they stand out
Analyse customer and market insights to refine messaging and improve relevance
Shape the product’s story
Develop value propositions and messaging frameworks aligned with our brand strategy
Author narrative playbooks and proof points tailored for B2B markets.
Define solution/vertical narratives, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) messaging, and thought leadership content
Create marketing materials
Build modular sales toolkits, playbooks, and pitch materials for B2B segments and solutions
Align messaging and enablement materials with campaign priorities and packages
Support sales teams
Deliver training to sales teams on enablement assets and their effective usage
Test and iterate messaging and sales tools based on analytics and field feedback
Maintain an up-to-date hub of sales enablement materials and collateral
Plan and execute product launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and asset requirements
Coordinate the creation of impactful launch content and campaigns
Track performance
Monitor adoption of narrative playbooks and sales tools by marketing and sales teams
Measure improvements in message clarity, deal progression, and win rates
Collect feedback to continuously improve marketing and sales tools
About you
You’re a strategic thinker with a storyteller’s instinct - someone who can take complex B2B solutions and turn them into narratives that spark interest, build confidence, and drive action.
You thrive where product marketing meets sales enablement, shaping messages that resonate with customers while equipping sales teams with the clarity and tools they need to win.
You’re fuelled by insight. Market research, competitive analysis, and customer understanding aren’t just tasks for you - they’re the foundation for crafting product stories that stand out. You know how to translate data into direction and direction into high‑impact assets.
Collaboration comes naturally. You’re organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable working across teams, geographies, and cultures. You can maintain consistency without losing nuance, adapting content to meet the needs of different audiences. You’re proactive, curious, and motivated by producing work that’s not just good, but genuinely impactful.
We emagine you bring:
3+ years of experience in a related product marketing, sales enablement, or go‑to‑market role
Hands‑on experience with relevant tools and platforms
Strong storytelling abilities and value proposition design for B2B audiences
Experience creating customer‑centric playbooks, narratives, and sales toolkits
Strength in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and self‑serve tools
