About the role
As a Commercial Performance Manager, you will play a central role in increasing business performance across our global passenger revenue organization. You will enable insights by spearheading global reporting and KPIs within the broader passenger organization.
Part of the role is working to define global reporting standards, by identifying data requirements together with Data and Analytics department and your main stakeholders to assist the revenue operations team unifying reporting across our network.
In this role, you will:
With your commercial background define data and reporting standards
Compile data and extract insights that steer sales and marketing efforts
Lead the development of performance reporting tools and dashboards to track KPIs across the commercial funnel in the passenger division
Handle and prioritize data driven requests from commercial teams to maximize their impact
Conduct scenario modelling and forecasting together with Revenue Management to support commercial decision-making
You will be part of our Passenger Revenue Operations team, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and our Technology & Innovation division. The environment is collaborative, data‑driven, and fast‑moving, with a strong focus on improving commercial outcomes across the network.
Our Passenger Revenue operations team consists of 18 talented individuals spread across 5 locations in Europe. This role reports directly to the Head of Passenger Revenue operations and work from our Headquarters in Copenhagen.
About you
You will help define and take ownership of commercial data, key performance indicators and reporting across Revenue Operations, Sales and Marketing, together with talented colleagues. To succeed with this, you bring strong analytical curiosity, the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, and a collaborative mindset that builds trust with all your stakeholders. You thrive in a fast‑moving environment where you balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and you enjoy partnering with revenue management to shape reporting, KPIs.

Strong analytical skills and experience working with or building datasets, paired with a natural curiosity to explore patterns and performance drivers
A data‑driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Confident communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management across commercial teams
Solid commercial understanding and familiarity with revenue‑related KPIs, forecasting or performance reporting
Experience from Revenue Operations, commercial performance, business analytics or similar roles — your industry background is less important than your ability to understand commercial drivers
A structured way of working, comfort with ambiguity and a proactive attitude toward improving processes and reporting
