About the role
We are looking for a new, dedicated colleague to join our Group Tax team as our Tax Manager. We offer a job with challenging tasks where you will become a part of a dynamic and competent team. You will be part of Group Tax, whose overall purpose is to ensure compliance within corporate tax, TP, VAT, and customs. You will report to the Head of Tax.
In this role, you will be expected to
Prepare the transfer pricing documentation for DFDS Group with involvement from the respective subsidiaries.
Contribute to the maintenance of DFDS Group transfer pricing policy.
Conduct transfer pricing controlling as well as transfer pricing analysis and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with local transfer pricing rules.
File transfer pricing documentation to the Danish tax authorities.
Correspond with tax authorities.
Prepare and update intercompany agreements with execution support.
Respond to ad hoc requests on transfer pricing & corporate tax.
Perform tax controlling every quarter.
About you
You have a positive mindset and are open towards other people and new ideas. You like a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while managing and meeting deadlines. You are a focused, result-oriented, and structured person with a can-do attitude.
Moreover, we imagine that the ideal candidate brings:
Good presentation skills.
Ability to drive the area independently.
Fluency in English (preferably also fluency in Danish).
An interest in keeping yourself updated with the latest developments and trends on transfer pricing and corporate tax.
A dedication and motivation to handle "day to day requests" as well as ad-hoc projects.
An analytical and structured approach to work.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Business Economics, Accounting, Finance or Law.
