About the role
As Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in how DFDS adopts and scales AI responsibly across the business. You’ll drive the people side of change - helping teams work smarter with AI tools like Copilot, strengthening enterprise readiness, and embedding new ways of working.

In this role, you will:
Lead change management efforts that help employees adopt AI in a meaningful and practical way
Support trust-building and expectation management around AI-driven decision support
Drive adoption of AI tools at both individual level (e.g., Copilot) and enterprise level (e.g., agents, optimisation, machine learning and AI solutions)
Translate DFDS’s AI strategy into concrete, people-focused initiatives
Support benefit case development, value tracking, and the embedding of new ways of working
Provide senior-level change guidance to selected AI initiatives
Guide and spar with Change Managers involved in AI-related projects
Contribute to continuously improving the change management approach and toolbox within the Technology & Innovation division
Your change management craft
You bring experience and confidence in:
Benefit case development
Change strategy, planning, and execution
Stakeholder analysis and engagement
Change impact assessment
Risk identification and mitigation
Clear and compelling change communication
Training design, development, and enablement
Adoption measurement, pulse surveys, and feedback loops
About you
We’re looking for someone with strong change fundamentals and a genuine curiosity for - and experience with - how AI transforms work.
Therefore, we imagine you bring:
At least 5 years of experience delivering complex change
Solid experience designing and executing change management plans
A structured, methodical way of working
Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
The ability to work hands-on and drive progress independently
Experience with Prosci ADKAR
A strong interest in AI and digital transformation
Personally, you are:
Based in Denmark and able to work from our Copenhagen HQ
Clear and confident in your English communication
Someone with a people-first mindset who builds strong relationships - just like us
Constructive, pairing challenges with solutions
Comfortable working across countries, cultures, and organisational layers
Engaged, proactive, and committed to delivering strong support to your stakeholders
We strongly believe diverse teams create the best results. Contrasting perspectives and varied experiences strengthen us, and we hope you will enrich our team even further.
