As our new ABM Specialist, you’ll help us build-from-the-ground-up a new way of working by designing personalised, insight‑driven nurture programs that move our most important accounts from early engagement through to opportunity. You will report directly to the Owned Channel Lead and work closely with colleagues across Sales and Campaign Management, creating alignment, momentum, and meaningful progression within our target account list.
You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Activation department where we blend creativity with precision. Our teams are known for strong cross-functional partnerships and a culture that values curiosity, experimentation and continuous improvement.
What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?
Design personalised sequences for target accounts and tiers
Build and QA journeys and messages for decision makers
Coordinate post‑event nurtures and follow‑ups
Measure engagement, influence and next steps
Feed win/loss insights into messaging and plays
Additional tasks
Support related projects that strengthen account-based processes
Contribute to governance standards and best practice documentation
Participate in cross-functional planning cycles
About you

We know great candidates come from many backgrounds, so you may not tick every box — and that’s okay. Experience that could help you succeed in this role would be:
Around 2+ years of experience in ABM, marketing operations, or a similar role
Experience working with ABM and/or marketing automation tools.Hands‑on experience with CRM or CDP platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Segment/Twilio) is definately a plus.
Understanding of account‑based marketing principles and approaches
Demonstrated ability to move accounts from early engagement to opportunity
Experience coordinating post‑event nurtures, follow‑ups, or multi‑step journeys
Additionally, we imagine you bring strengths such as:
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Ability to design or support personalised nurture journeys for target accounts
Enjoyment of close collaboration with Sales and Campaign Management teams
Attention to detail in journey QA, governance, and process consistency
Analytical thinking to interpret engagement signals and identify next steps
