About the role

As Chief Product Owner for Logistics Commercial in Technology & Innovation, you will be responsible for the tech solutions that support our Logistics Customers - for example, self‑service & booking management platforms, Connectivity methods, pricing software, and more.
You will lead several teams as well as three direct reports. Together, you will work to improve how our customers interact with DFDS digitally.

In our 2030 digitalization strategy, we have identified several areas with significant potential to enhance the digital customer journey. Enriching and delivering on these ambitions will be a key part of your role. You will have the opportunity to influence the division of responsibilities and the capabilities of our commercially focused tech teams across Türkiye and Denmark to support and shape these plans. Your responsibility will range from ensuring that our busy operation is Always On, is able to Grow and Transform to the needs of Logistics of tomorrow, with our Customers in Focus.


As a Chief Product Owner for T&I Logistics Commercial, you will join the Logistics Tribe with around ~100 colleagues. You will report directly to the VP, Logistics Tribe Lead


When you join us, you will:

  • Drive the vision for the digitalisation of our Logistics Commercial area

  • Lead and develop Product Owners, ensuring alignment on strategy and roadmaps with key stakeholders across the Technology & Innovation Division and the Logistics Division

  • Oversee the successful launch and rollout of new functionality, and track the impact we create

  • Contribute to the core leadership team of the Logistics Tribe, working closely with Logistics Divisional leadership

  • Drive the modernisation of core systems in collaboration with tribe architects

  • Work with colleagues across the Logistics Division to standardise processes and enable scalable digital solutions

  • Set ambitious yet achievable objectives and KPIs for your team, and ensure their successful delivery

  • Manage and prioritise your team’s yearly and quarterly objectives, linking to our strategy and in cloise collaboration with business stakeholders

  • Monitor data to understand commercial realities and gather user insights to support data‑driven decision‑making
