If so, you might be the newest addition to our System and Product Support team in Passengers Revenue Operations as Process and Automation Specialist.
Be part of the movement – and play your part.
About the role
As Process and Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the automation strategy across Passenger Revenue Operations. Your primary focus will be to fundamentally reduce manual workload, redesign core processes for automation-first execution, and introduce AI- and agent-based solutions that enable scalable operations.
You will work closely with colleagues across Revenue Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities, design end-to-end solutions, and define standards for how automation and AI are applied across routes. The role combines hands-on development, solution design, and strategic ownership of automation capabilities.
In this role, you will:
Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation solutions that replace manual operational work
Challenge existing ways of working and actively influence how automation and AI are used across the organisation
Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agent-based solutions for recurring task execution
Act as a subject matter expert and sparring partner on automation and intelligent process design across Revenue Operations
Identify, prioritise, and redesign complex processes with an automation-first mindset
Translate business complexity into robust, maintainable automation logic and AI based systems
You will be part of the System and Product Support team within our growing Passengers Revenue Operations organisation, a diverse and collaborative team working across Europe. The environment is efficiency-driven, commercially focused, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
This role is based at our Headquarters in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of System and Product Support.
About you
You are an experienced automation professional, technically curious and motivated by solving problems through smarter processes, automation and AI agent-based solutions. To be successful in this role we imagine you bring:
Experience with process automation and workflow applications in complex environments
Hands-on experience in AI-enabled automation and agent-based solutions
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and translating strategic needs into executable automation
A proactive mindset toward experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement
Strong interest in standardisation, governance, and long-term sustainability of automation solutions
Experience with the Microsoft suite, especially automation tools is a plus
Join the movement and grow with us.
Here, you’ll be a valued member of a diverse team and play a key role in shaping how automation and AI drive operational and commercial impact across our passenger network. You will have room to influence direction, experiment with new approaches, and develop further at a senior level — supported by a culture that values real impact over theory.
