As a Product Owner, you will join the Group Technology and Data Tribe, responsible for the development and ownership of our sales enablement technologies and Dynamics 365 Sales module.
When you join us, you will:
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Sales Enablement capabilities, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Sales, driving innovation and user-centric approach.
Partner closely with Commercial excellence, Sales, Marketing, and T&I stakeholders across Ferry and Logistics. Manage and prioritize the team backlog based on their potential to deliver business value and impact KPIs. Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
Support CRM data quality, governance, and standardization efforts to enable accurate reporting and insights.
Develop long-term objectives and ambitions in alignment with key stakeholders, developing and meeting long term objectives in a OKR framework.
Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of the product and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Prioritise initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
Provide expertise and direction to sales teams to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of the D365 Sales module. Support adoption efforts through training, change management, and usage tracking to maximize business impact.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.

As our new Product Owner, you will be a part of an ambitious and cross-functional team with competencies within CRM development, Business Transformation Consultancy and Agile Coaching.

To help us achieve this, we are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner delivering business-critical digital solutions and driving user-centric innovation.
Strong understanding of CRM and sales processes (Dynamics 365 Sales experience is a strong advantage).
Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive product success.
Ability to navigate complex settings with multiple stakeholders and parallel agendas across different countries and business units.
Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between stakeholders and colleagues from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
Proactive approach with the ability to challenge existing practices and bring innovative ideas to the table.
