Digital Integration Analyst

At DFDS, we are expanding our digital solutions across the full logistics journey—from transport booking and subcontracting to warehousing, customs, and post-booking services. To support this journey, we are looking for a Digital Integration Analyst to join our Logistics Connectivity team in Copenhagen.
About the role

You will act as the bridge between customers, suppliers, operational teams, and our development teams. You will analyse requirements and design integration solutions using EDI and APIs, while leading integration projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve DFDS’ logistics performance by analysing technical data flows and enabling automation across integrations with customers and suppliers
Lead integration projects (scope, analysis, testing, implementation) with the objective of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that create value for customers and DFDS
Design and document integration solutions enabling data exchange between customers’, suppliers’, and DFDS’ core logistics IT systems
Act as the key link between business and IT by managing stakeholders across logistics functions and technology teams
Support and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure reliable operations and a high level of service for customers and suppliers
You will work closely with both analysts, developers, and business stakeholders while engaging directly with customers and suppliers across Europe. You will report to Chapter Lead, Anders Bohsen Mikkelsen, and be part of the Logistics Tribe within the Technology & Innovation Division.

A relevant educational background in IT, Business, or Logistics
An understanding of system integrations and process analysis
A solid conceptual understanding of EDI, APIs, and data formats such as XML, JSON, and EDIFACT
The ability to navigate between business and IT through strong communication and stakeholder management
A proactive and curious mindset, with a drive to learn and take on new challenges
Ownership of your work combined with a collaborative approach to teamwork
A strong analytical mindset and solid problem-solving skills
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Notion, Postman, or monitoring tools like OpenSearch/Grafana
Full proficiency in English
