About the role

You’ll keep our systems running smoothly by helping with our daily operations. No two days will be exactly the same, and we’ll shape your role together with you based on your experience and availability, but your tasks will include activities such as:
Assigning tasks to the right team — or fixing the issue yourself
Reviewing alarms and status reports
Handling server builds and decommissions
Coordinating and following up on support cases with vendors
Helping with data centre activities such as racking and cabling
Writing or updating procedures, workflows or other documentation
Automating repetitive tasks

Have some knowledge of or interest in servers, Windows, Linux or Powershell
Likes figuring things out and solving problems
Curious and not afraid to try things out
Stay calm and solution-oriented when something breaks
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
