As Administration Specialist, you are part of the Quality & Compliance team that supports the Danish based logistics legal entities with issues related to quality and compliance. In addition to direct support on the transportation and storage of dry, chilled and frozen goods, the team also supports quality assurance in a broader sense.
You will be supporting the Quality Specialists within certification processes, training and internal auditing. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day handling and coordination of the Global Haulage Compliance program where we, with assistance from external auditors, verify that our haulage partners comply with basic human rights and other regulations related to truck drivers.
You will report directly to the Global Director for Health, Safety & Security, and be based at our Logistics site in Taulov, Denmark. The role requires on-site presence.
What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?:
As Administration Specialist, you will get the opportunity to influence and develop the role, but the initial areas we expect you to cover are to:
Administer the Haulage Compliance Audit program on a daily basis, including interaction with external suppliers, follow-up with internal stakeholders, planning and reporting
Support the Quality Specialists in managing and controlling quality processes and food safety, across DFDS’ Danish storage, transportation and office locations
Participate in regular QEHS audits and inspections of both internal locations as well as 3rd party partners as specified by the IFS/ISO standards
Track and follow-up on non-conformances from the conducted audits and inspections in close collaboration with QEHS Experts
Conduct internal audits of operational sites
Participate in developing training material and facilitate training sessions

Relevant business experience in an administrative function
Experience with quality assurance is an advantage
Experience from a logistics or transport-oriented company is an advantage
Experience with food safety and food transportation and storage is an advantage
Experience with internal audits - or a willingness to gain knowledge in this area
Full proficiency in Danish and English, both spoken and written (English is corporate language)
The ability to convey training and information to others in a clear and engaging way
Experience with the Microsoft 365 product suite
Experience with developing marketing material or training material
